Since I'm not a car expert, especially on modern computerized engines, I have to take someone else's word on these issues.

They checked it and said it's working fine (this is on the vacuum tee they replaced, apparently).

Instead, I invested $46 in an engine code reader so I can take matters into my own hands. After 3000 miles running my mods on stock tune im sure its a little dirty. With the cleaning agents in gasoline today is injector cleaning really needed anymore? I straight up accused the dealership of theft.
When I took it back so they could reset the CEL, they discovered a crack in a vacuum tee that apparently had happened during the fuel injection cleaning. Being more of a DIY-type person, I decided not to take my car to another mechanic where they would charge me $97 just to hook up an engine code reader to start working on the problem. Did they want to charge you for that service? I recall reading about it but cant find a source at the moment. Brought my car in for oil change and tire rotation service, and to have the two TSB's taken care of. You could possibly run some injector cleaner through there but you shouldn't have to worry about it till you have a lot more milage on there. I was wondering more for the gas burning better keeping carbon build up in the exhaust out and such. CB MS3 GT with Nav. The proper way to clean conventional injectors is to remove them and observe the spray patterns on a test bench. However, I will say a car run consistently on garbage gasoline WILL become contaminated. the car runs premium for one thing....and for another thing the fuel exits those injectors at 1600+psi. The vacuum tubing appears to be okay (unless there's a miniscule hole somewhere). Since the only thing reaching the back of the valves is air it's pretty much a waste of money.
