On our recent trip, my husband and I stopped on our way from Reno to San Jose at Donner Lake. To say this place was beautiful and breathtaking is a total understatement. The lake was perfectly clear and surrounded by snow covered mountains and a gorgeous blue sky. Driving through the snow really got me in the mood for winter… actually more so for Christmas if I’m being honest. I am surprisingly looking forward to coat season, and would love to pick up a new one this year.
