Well hello there! It feels good to be back for my first post in 2016. I took a much needed break for the holidays, but am ready to get back into the swing on things here at Middle of Somewhere. I hope you all enjoyed your holidays as well! Blogging in the winter is always a little more tricky since it’s so cold outside and the days are so much shorter. We actually got quite a bit of snow around here around Christmas and the temperatures haven’t warmed up enough to melt it all away. Is it weird that I have actually enjoyed bundling up lately? Don’t get me wrong… in a few weeks I will be ready for it to warm up, but for now I can handle it! I have been living in this blanket scarf from Aerie and this super cozy cardigan. I am usually drawn toward darker color cardigans, but thought I should switch things up a little bit with this pretty mauve one.
