I’m kind of embarrassed to say that I have worn this outfit, or some variation of it, at least once a week since picking up these pieces from Old Navy. I wasn’t kidding when I said in this post that I’m almost always wearing something from there! When I saw these shorts in the store I figured I would go ahead and try them on, even though I am certainly not a big fan of shorts. I probably own like 4 pairs of shorts total and am usually the weirdo wearing jeans all year round. We all have a body part we are not a big fan of, and my legs are most definitely mine! I don’t know if it’s the whole #momlife thing or the fact that it’s been in the 100’s for the past few weeks, but I broke down and bought this pair of shorts. I am so glad that I did! If you are like me and do not like wearing shorts, these are the pair for you. They are a 5″ length, and are perfect because they’re not super short and I can chase Harper around without having to worry about pulling them down to make sure they’re covering me enough. They are also perfect for the price – they’re currently on sale for less than $13! I’ve linked both this pair and the shorted 3.5″ version below. I am also joining Elle from Living in Color and Jacqueline from Stylin’ in St. Louis for their Spotlight Weekly link up today, so be sure to add your post below.
