New Beginnings

Starting a blog feels like a job interview. It is your first chance to make an impression and let others know who you are. For me, it has been so easy to get caught up in insecurities and wonder “Who am I?” and “Why would people want to read about me on a daily basis?” I often thought of starting my first blog post with the title Another Girl, Another Blog because let’s be real, there are so many blogs out there to even keep track of and I read a ton of them. It has felt very daunting to try to dip my toes in the pool of the blogging world. Needless to say, I am excited and nervous to finally have a space to make my own, and I feel like I am prepared enough to get this thing started. I honestly don’t know if I would have ever made the leap if it were not for the talented Mariah from Fashion by Mariah. Without further ado, I figured my first post should include what a typical weekend looks like for my husband and I… out with Joanie enjoying the beauty that New Mexico has to offer.
