I am typically not a huge dress girl, although my recent blog posts probably suggest otherwise. Being pregnant, I have begun to start feeling like my wardrobe is so boring and limited. As the weather has been warming up I’ve been dying to get out of jeans and pants and into something more comfortable to accommodate my growing belly. Thanks to Target I am able to do just that! I found this dress a few weeks ago, and it is easily my new favorite addition to my closet! I was 29 weeks when we took these photos, and I feel like my bump has gotten even bigger in just one week. This dress comes in six different colors, and I know that I definitely want to pick it up in black, especially considering it’s under $25! I love the length, and the material is thick enough to where I am not worried about revealing any bumps or lines that I don’t want to. I can even see myself wearing this postpartum, although I’m not too sure how well it would work for nursing. I hope all of you expecting mamas out there do yourself a favor and at least give it a try!

You look so great! Would you say the dress runs true to size? I have the same brand in the 3/4 sleeve black and have worn it a ton, but wasn't sure if the sizing was any different in short sleeves. Thanks!

Thanks Valerie! I would say that it runs TTS. I actually sized up for a looser fit and to accommodate my ever growing belly haha. I think I may have tried on the 3/4 sleeve one and found that the material was a lot thinner. The short sleeve is nice because it doesn't feel see-through at all, so you could definitely get it in your normal size. Hope that helps 🙂
