The 4th of July always tends to be one of my favorite holidays to celebrate. There’s just something about spending time with family while eating delicious food and watching fireworks that I love. Summer is also one of my favorite seasons, and I’m so glad it’s finally here. 4th of July is only about a week and a half away, so of course I’m starting to outfit plan. I just got the cutest star top (with a scalloped hem!) in the mail for Harper. I wish it came in my size, but since it doesn’t, I’ll have to go with plan B. I’m pretty sure you’ll be seeing me wearing my favorite pair of white frayed cuff jeans on the 4th. You can also never go wrong with a simple embroidered white dress and a cute pair of wedges.
When thinking about what to wear for any holiday, I like to find pieces that are versatile and can be worn almost any day of the year. While I’m all for a cute patriotic scarf, I personally like to stick to more simple patterns, like a nice striped tee. Off the shoulder tops are all the rage right now, and I’m totally obsessed with this cute option from Old Navy! You guys also know I can’t live without my Rockstar jeans, and how perfect are the distressed mid-rise pair I’m sharing today?
