A New Olay Moisturizer to Combat Dry Winter Skin

A New Olay Moisturizer

When I first opened the jar of Olay Whip, I immediately noticed a light floral scent. The scent is not overpowering and is rather fresh and clean smelling. Upon application, I noticed how rapidly it absorbed into my skin. I feel like my face is thanking me for adding some moisture back into it! The moisturizer is made with Active Rush Technology™, meaning it transforms from a cream into a liquid upon contact. It quickly dries into a smooth matte finish, making it the perfect primer under makeup during the day time. I also use the moisturizer at nighttime. I love that it immediately provides my skin with much needed moisture without feeling greasy.

I’ve only been using my new Olay Whip for about two weeks now, but already notice the difference it has made. My skin feels firmer, more hydrated, and much brighter. How to Get Younger Looking Skin with #Olay28Day

When I was given the chance to take the #Olay28Day Challenge, you know I jumped on it. As a working mom, I feel like I’m constantly busy and finding time for myself isn’t as easy as it used to be. The formula is the perfect texture, not too thin and not too thick. It feels very hydrating and blends easily with my skin tone.

The second product, Olay Regenerist Micro Sculpting Cream, is a total game changer. I consider myself to have pretty sensitive skin that is very acne prone. When trying new creams and moisturizers, I typically break out and it takes my skin awhile to adjust. I did not experience this at all while using the Olay Regenerist Micro Sculpting Cream! In fact, my skin seemed to welcome this product. My skin began to feel firmer and more hydrated after just a few days. Some of the key ingredients of this product are hyaluronic acid, Vitamin E, and Vitamin B3, all which maintain moisture and protect against damage.

The photo to the left was taken on the 28th and final day. I am not wearing makeup in either picture, and I kind of can’t believe I am sharing these with you all! Putting all embarrassment aside, I think the results speak for themselves. It’s pretty clear that there is a significant improvement in the fine lines and wrinkles around my eyes. My skin feels firmer and smoother, and appears more even.

Affordable Makeup Favorites for Fall

Fall is in full swing, which usually prompts me to want to switch up my makeup routine. I don’t typically go all out and wear a dark lip color or try a bold smoky eye, but I do like to incorporate some warmer colors into my routine. Also, I typically have a hard time spending a lot of money on makeup products. I tend to get sick of using the same thing over and over, especially eyeshadows and lip products. Today I wanted to share some affordable makeup favorites for fall that are all under $25!

If you follow a lot of bloggers, you may remember a few months ago when Voluminous Lash Paradise mascara was released. Everyone went crazy over it, so of course I had to give it a try. Prior to this, I had become completely obsessed with It Cosmetics Superhero mascara, but wasn’t a fan of it’s price tag. Now that I have tried Lash Paradise, I’m not sure I’ll ever turn back. Give it a try with the Voluminous lash primer underneath. Be sure to thank me later because your lashes will look amazing! My husband has even commented on how much longer my lashes look, which is not feedback I typically hear.

Now that your lashes are covered, I urge you to give the Kat Von D Tattoo Liner a try! It is by far the best liquid liner I have ever used, and makes perfecting a cat eye a piece of cake. Colleen Rothschild: The Skincare Line I’ve Been Dying to Try

I have struggled with acne and breakouts for years, and charcoal masks always seem to help with inflammation and redness. Let me tell you, this mask does just that! My skin feels so much brighter and balanced, even after just one use. It is amazing when used in conjunction with the Dual Enzyme Polish. How to Nourish Your Skin in a Dry Climate
