Happy Thursday friends! I hope this week has been treating you well. It was literally 70 degrees out here today and I couldn’t have been happier! I got to wear short sleeve tees throughout the week and a light jacket and it was AMAZING! This week was also clearly all about the sneakers because earlier this week I shared some twinning in adidas with Harp, and today I’m sharing a classic pair of Converse.
I actually don’t wear my Converse as much as I probably should. When I put them on the other day, I forgot how comfortable they are! They are the perfect spring sneaker, and great if you’re a fellow mama. Paired with my all time favorite Madewell jeans and yet another Central shirt (I can’t get enough!), it’s the perfect casual look. Come check out how Megan from The Fashionista Momma is rocking her sneakers this week, and be sure to join us for The Weekly Style Edit below!

I’ve probably said this before, but you can’t go wrong with a classic denim jacket. I have also probably worn a version of this outfit on the blog, but when something works, why try to fix it? I am denim jacket obsessed and I’m not afraid to admit it. This JCrew version is absolutely worth the price tag, and it’s almost always on sale. I had a Hollister version that I got in high school (I wish I was kidding), and it really needed to go. I replaced it with this JCrew version and am so glad I did!

We clearly got a little bit of snow this week! The weather in Albuquerque is so weird… last week we had a tiny glimpse of spring, and this week we are back to full on winter. Thankfully when it snows here, it doesn’t really stick around. By the afternoon on Tuesday, we were back to normal. I can’t complain though because it made for some fun photos!

Happy Thursday friends, and happy Valentine’s Day! Do you have any special plans to celebrate today? For the last maybe 8ish years we have been making a special dinner at home and I still love it. We almost always make the same thing (steak, lobster risotto, and asparagus), and my mouth is already watering thinking of dinner tonight! While I am 99% sure I won’t be wearing this outfit (hello, joggers!), it will be making an appearance for our next date night.

January seemed to be a month focused on trying new hair products and a few new skincare products. Spoiler alert: all of the skincare products were huge hit for me! They also happen to be made my a few of my favorite skincare brands. I am actually trying out a few of their other products for February, so stay tuned. There was only one miss for me this month, and I’m so sad it was because I really wanted to love it. But first, the hits…
